Vickers Export Design 289 for Argentina

Another layout variant I came up with for the mixed battery design series for Argentina. Basically a modified version of the previous uneven numbered proposal 287.
I've changed the 12" turret layouts to 2x twin and 4 single ones while the 8x 10" remained on the sides replacing the single turrets as twins, the secondary guns layout remained the same

The design had the following characteristics:

Displacement: unknown, around 20.000tons (standard)
Armour: unknown probably 38-42mm Deck, 229-254mm Belt
Engines: unknown around 21-24.000shp, steam turbines, 4 shafts
