Vickers Export Design 229 for Argentina

Next proposal for Argentina was again a mixed armed version of 12,10 and 4,7" weaponry but the layout reminiscent of Design 191. Speed remained in the 36km/h range which seem to be a requirement of the Argentinians as the rest of the proposals were stated with this speed as well.
