Armstrong Export Design 482 for Argentina

As you can see below the information on this design is more then limited! Fortunately after looking through my warship database I've found data for another armoured cruiser of similar size and tonnage (Armstrong design 365 of 1903, 99m (pp) 6.000tons, 2x2,4x1 7,5", 6x1 3" 6" armour) so I've used that design as basis for armament while I've used the Minotaur class for the hull elements. for 6.500tons I thought a number of armament and armour variants for this design:
A: 2x2,4x1 9,2"/50, 8x1 4"/50, 8x1 47mm/40, 6in belt, 1,5" deck
B: 2x2 9,2"/50, 4x1 7,5"/45, 8x1 4"/50, 8x1 47mm/40, 8in belt, 1,5" deck (I've chosen this variant)
C: 2x2 9,2"/50, 6x2 6"/45, 8x1 47mm/40, 6in belt, 1,5" deck
D: 2x2 9,2"/50, 4x2 6"/45, 8x1 47mm/40, 8in belt, 1,5" deck

I've chosen the B version as it seemed the most logical in par with the ships of the era.

Sidenote: If I can draw something like this from so few information I might consider draw the Austro-Hungarian projected armoured cruisers intended to accompany the Radetzky class as well as the preliminaries of the Radetzky class themselves!

The design had these characteristics:
Dimensions: 97,54m (pp) 102m (wl) x 18,29m
Displacement: 6.500ons (Standard)
Engines: unknown, probably 15.000shp Vertical Triple Expansion Engines, 2 shafts
Speed: unknown, probably 37km/h (20knots)
Range unknown, probably 9.300km at 19km/h (5.000nm at 10knots)
Armour: Unknown, probably 203mm Belt, 38mm Deck
Armaments unknown, possible layout:
2x2 9,2"/50 (234mm/50) Armstrong Mk J Cannons,
4x1 7,5"/45 (190mm/45) Armstrong Mk C Guns,
8x1 4"/50 (102mm/50) Armstrong Mk H Casemated Guns,
8x1 47mm/40 3pdr QF Mk IV Guns
2x1 457mm Underwater Torpedo Tubes
