Aviation Protected Cruiser Piemonte

I've made this drawing mid 2017 for a now passed Italian friend for his book about Italian Aircraft carriers and other warships.
I do not really know the full history of this design but you can get some data from this book:

In 1912 Lieutenant (later General) Alessandro Guidoni proposed to convert the old protected cruiser RM Piemonte into a hybrid cruiser seaplane tender able to carry 4 seaplanes in it's aft open hanger while able to launch them on a roughly 40m long ramp served by a single mast crane to load the aircrafts on the ramps and use disposable roller skates to launch them. Accordingly the aft part was reconstructed and armament reduced to free up space.

The designs had these characteristics:
Dimensions: 92,7m(pp), 97,8m(wl), 101,5m (oa) x 11,6m x 4,86m
Displacement: 2.440tons (Standard)
Engines: 12.000shp Belleville Vertical Triple Expansion engines
Speed: 41km/h (22knots)
Range: 13.000km at 22km/h (7000nm at 12knots)
Armour: 76mm, Deck, 76mm Slopes over magazines and machinery.
Armaments:
1x1 152mm/40 Armstrong Modello 1888 Gun,
6x1 120mm/40 Armstrong Modello 1891 Guns,
6x1 57mm/40 Hotchkiss Modèle 1885 Guns,
2x1 37mm/20 Hotchkiss Modèle 1885 Guns,
4x Seaplanes or small flying boats
