Vickers Export Design 312 for Argentina

A new series of proposals for Argentina. Friedman describes the layout and armament of this design, with the triples on the ends and at least two wing turrets, a more unique thing of this design is the usage of twin 120mm turrets, 4 of them to be precise.

The design had the following characteristics:
