Duna class Riverine Monitor Design

This is the first drawing of a series containing the never were warship designs of the Austro-Hungarian KuK Marine.

The Number XI and XII River monitors (to be named SMS Duna and SMS Tisza) were the largest Danube monitors ever laid down. Ordered in 1917 and never finished, though some sources say they were launched in 1918. They were well armed and armoured for riverine support warfare.
Not much is known about this monitor class, but apparently at least one preliminary design featured a shorter aft superstructure, no AA gun and with some minor differences in mast placement.

Data on the design:
Dimensions: 73,9m x 13m x 1,7m
Displacement: 1.240tons standard
Engine Power: 2.100shp Yarrow Vertical Triple Expansion Engines, 2 shafts
Maximum Speed: 19km/h (10knots)
Armour: 40mm Belt, 25mm Deck over machinery only
Armaments:
2x1 190mm/35 Skoda K18 Guns
2x2 88mm/45 Skoda K12 Guns
1x1 88mm/45 Skoda K16 AA Gun
4x1 smaller guns (sources vary on their calibre, ranging from 6,5mm, 7,62mm, 37mm to 47mm)

Official drawings of one of the preliminaries (without AA guns and thus enlarged aft superstructure)
