Vickers Export Design 292 for Argentina

This is the last even numbered design in the series, where I've taken the Dreadnought / Bellerophon / St. Vincent's turret layout as a basis and replaced the aft turrets with triple ones, increasing the broadside firepower to 10 cannons while maintain good end on fire.
