The Largest Battlecruiser ever designed by the British Admirality. The dream of Admiral John Arbuthnot Fisher, the HMS Incomparable. If built with it's 305m length would be the largest warship in the world, even larger than the much later WW2 beast the IJN Yamato which have 263m length.
This battlecruiser armed with 3x2 20inch (508mm) Cannons bigger then of the Yamto's. though as a battlecruiser her armour would be very thin with a Belt of 11inch (279 mm) and a Deck of 4inch (102 mm).

Probably the only larger battlecruiser from that period was a USN Battlecruiser with 7 funnels from 1912:
