Vickers Export Design 282 for Argentina

Design 282 was a first in a series of design pairs where even numbered designs (282, 86,88,90,92) featured 12x 12" cannons while the uneven ones (283,87,89,91,93) featured mixed 8x 12" 8x 10" weaponry. Norman Friedman does not state any more info and only mentions it is likely these designs differed from each other in their layout (no dimensions given for the other versions) so I have to play with the turrets layout making well known layouts starting with this hexagonal one reminiscent of the German Nassau and Japanese Kawachi classes.

The design had the following characteristics:
Dimensions: 153,62 (pp) 162,25 (wl) x 24,38 x 7,62m
Displacement: 18.500tons (standard)
Armour: unknown probably 38-42mm Deck, 254mm Belt
Engines: 23.500shp, steam turbines, 4 shafts
Speed: 39km/h (21knots)
Armaments:
6x2 12"/45 (305mm/45) Vickers Mk B Cannons,
24x1 4,7"/50 (120mm/50) Vickers Mk A Guns,
4x1 457mm Underwater Torpedo Tubes
