Vickers Export Design 283 for Argentina

This proposal for the Argentinian navy was described as the mixed battery counterpart of design 282 and essentially a modified layout of the previous design 266.

Norman Friedman does not states any more info then the armament of 8x 12" and 8x 10" weapons with a possible 20x 4,7" tertiary guns, so I've used the same hull as the rest of the series and made a conventional hexagonal layout where the wing turrets are the 10" ones.

Engines: unknown around 21-24.000shp, steam turbines, 4 shafts
Speed: 39km/h (21knots)
