Armstrong Export Design 483 for Argentina

Like the previous Armstrong design, 482, 483 too had extremely limited information as evident of this paper:

So based on the dimensions and displacement I decided to mirror Vicker's Design 214 for this proposal, but the changes are mostly cosmetic except the armament, instead of 6x2 9,2" I chosen 6x2 10" Cannons, but the tertiary armament was of increased caliber though limited in number: 6" Guns, the visual changes includes the same sized funnels and tripod masts both forward and aft.

The design had the following characteristics:
