Vickers Export Design 758A for Argentina

After WW1 the export market for foreign ship building was again open for the various shipyards of the United Kingdom as peacitime and reduced building orders as well as building cancellations was happening, the shipyards needed new orders to maintain production and income. In 1919 Vickers offered designs 758 and 758A for South America especially for Chile and Argentina a light cruiser incorporating the experiences of the war. Though information is scarce the size of the ship and the armament offered (5x1 6" for 758, 4x2 6" for 758A) I've decided to use the Emerald class Cruiser's hull as a basis and the development of the fully enclosed twin turrets which showed war experience and which was used as a basis for the secondary guns of the Nelson class battleships as well as the main armament of the Apollo class Cruisers some time later.
To make the ship different looking from the Emerald class, I've rearranged the deck structures, moved the flying off platform between the funnels and arranged the main guns in a Kongo style layout.

The design had these characteristics:
Dimensions: 160m (pp) x 15,7m x 4,72m
Displacement: 7.000ons (Standard)
Engines: 43.000shp Parsons Steam Turbines, 3 shafts
Speed: 54km/h (29knots)
Armour: Unknown, probably same as the Emerald class of 76mm Belt (51mm at machinery) 51mm Deck
Armaments:
4x2 6"/50 (152mm/50) Vickers Mk T Guns,
2x1 4"/45 (102mm/45) Vickers Mk L AA Guns,
2x1 40mm/39 QF Mk II Pom-Pom AA Guns,
4x3 533mm Torpedo Tubes
