Ersatz Zenta Silvius Morin's version

In 1913 the Admiralty of the KuK Kriegsmarine given order to design a new class of cruisers to replace the ageing and obsolete scout cruisers of the Zenta class which were to be ordered in the 1914 naval programme.
By early mid 1914 when the programme was accepted, several plans were presented by the three well respected Naval Architects of the Navy: Franz Pitzinger, Silvius Morin (These two designed the Ersatz Monarch class Battleships) and Johann Silvius.
While these designs differed from each other, they had a few common characteristics, namely the approximate 4800tons displacement, similar size, light armour of 38/20mm Deck/Belt and 56km/h (30knots) max speed.

These cruisers were fast heavily armed with numerous though smaller calibre guns and lightly armoured for their size. They carried on the role of the previous scout cruiser tasks in an improved and much more modern design.

The second design came from Silvius Morin who used a rather rare hull design where the sides of middle section is one deck lower compared to the ends of the ship while the ship's "spine" where the funnels are located are on the same deck level as nose and aft sections.
His design had the following characteristics:
Dimensions: 150,87 (wl) x 13,7 x 4,88m
Displacement: 4.800tons (light)
Armour: Unknown
Engines: 38.000shp AEG Steam Turbines, 2 shafts
Speed: 56km/h (30knots)
Range: 7.400km at 30km/h (4.000nm at 16knots)
Armament:
14x1 12cm/45 Skoda K14 Guns
No visible AA or torpedo battery is present though I think the rectangle at middle of the side view on the original drawing shows it's position.
