Vickers Export Design 249 for Argentina

Design 249 from Vickers was a slight modification of the previous 248 proposal and itself described as a revised version of the 230 proposal.
In almost every aspect it was the same as design 249, apart from a slightly larger displacement which might be a result of the usage of steam turbines, rather triple expansion engines. So visually not much difference can be seen, but I've put same width funnels, slightly longer superstructure (somewhat closer to the aft rangefinder tower) and moved the turrets somewhat aft, and in the extra space on the superstructure I squeezed in 1-1 120mm guns on each side.

The design had the following characteristics:
Dimensions: 149,35 (pp) 156 (wl) x 23,93 x 7,31m
Displacement: 17.600tons (standard)
Armour: 25mm Deck, 254mm Belt
Engines: 20.000shp, probably steam turbines, 2 shafts
Speed: 39km/h (21knots)
Armaments:
2x2,2x1 12"/45 (305mm/45) Vickers Mk B Cannons,
4x2 10"/50 (254mm/50) Vickers Mk C Guns,
24x1 4,7"/50 (120mm/50) Vickers Mk A Guns,
4x1 457mm Underwater Torpedo Tubes
